These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Pioneer Insight Auto's chauffeur-driven car rental, airport pickup, corporate mobility, event transportation, interstate trip, and auto sales services. By submitting a booking request or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is only confirmed after Pioneer Insight Auto sends a confirmation and the client makes the required deposit or full payment via the provided payment link. Pioneer Insight Auto reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
Payment links are sent via WhatsApp or email after booking confirmation. Deposits and full payments must be completed within the timeframe specified in the payment link. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on route, vehicle type, duration, and special requirements.
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Pioneer Insight Auto: In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund and priority rebooking assistance.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information. Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions or the actions of their guests or passengers.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Eating and drinking (except water) is at the driver's discretion. The maximum passenger capacity of each vehicle must not be exceeded. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if client behavior is abusive, threatening, or unsafe.
All Pioneer Insight Auto vehicles are comprehensively insured for passenger liability. However, Pioneer Insight Auto is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles. Clients are advised to secure their valuables. Pioneer Insight Auto is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Vehicle listings on our website are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira. A reservation deposit is required to hold a vehicle pending inspection. The balance must be paid before the vehicle is released. All vehicles are sold "as-is" with full disclosure of known conditions. We encourage buyers to inspect vehicles in person before completing payment.
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client data with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
